Modern Homes & Developments was formed in 2012 when two mates, Nathan O’Byrne and Locky Allison, decided it was time to take their passion for building quality, high-end homes to the next level.

What started as just two mates working together has grown over the last 8 years to become a successful construction company that employs 6 full-time staff members. With Locky’s background in accounting and Nathan's 15 years of experience in the building industry, the pair have grown the company from the ground up. They aim to provide a personal and professional service that delivers their clients' dream homes to a high standard while creating lasting relationships along the way.

Modern Homes operates mainly in and around the greater Launceston area, with the team being happy to travel to all areas of North East Tasmania. We specialise in architecturally designed new homes whilst also being more than capable of projects ranging from small renovations to commercial fit-outs.
